Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28th January, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MODLIX AI SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Modlix", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our products and websites, including Modlix, SiteZump, LeadZump, AdZump, SupportZump and the Authzump sign-in service (together, the "Services").

If you have any questions, contact us at support@modlix.com.

1. Who we are

MODLIX AI SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a company registered in India, with its registered office at 22, Pebble Bay Apartments, NTI Layout, Sanjay Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094. We are responsible (the "data controller") for the personal data described in this policy.

When a business uses our Services to collect data about its own customers (for example, leads captured by LeadZump, or visitors to a website built with SiteZump), that business is responsible for that data, and we process it only on its instructions.

2. The data we collect

Account data. When you sign up or sign in: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), password (stored only in hashed form), company name, and time zone.

Data from Google or Facebook sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook", that provider shares with us your name, email address, profile picture and the user ID it assigns to you. We ask for nothing else: no friends list, no posts, no pages and no ability to post on your behalf.

Content you create. The websites, pages, leads, campaigns, files and other material you build or upload in the Services.

Billing data. If you buy a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card or bank details. We receive only a confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the last digits of the card. We do not store full card numbers.

Usage and device data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and actions taken in the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies, to keep you signed in, secure the Services and understand how they are used.

3. How we use Google and Facebook sign-in data

We use the data from Google or Facebook sign-in only to create your account and sign you in. Your name and picture appear in your account profile, and your email address identifies your account and is used to contact you about it.

When you sign in, the provider gives us a short-lived access token. We use it once, at that moment, to read your name, email address and profile picture, and then discard it. We do not keep any Google or Facebook token, and we never read anything else from your Google or Facebook account.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed in Section 5 that help us run the Services. You can stop using social sign-in at any time; see Section 8 for how to remove the connection and delete your data.

4. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • provide, operate and maintain the Services, including signing you in across our products;
  • create and manage your account and process payments;
  • send you messages about your account, security, billing and changes to the Services;
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • protect the Services and our users against fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • understand how the Services are used, so we can improve them; and
  • meet our legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform our contract with you, and to meet legal obligations, as permitted by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as much as they need to do their job:

Provider What they do for us
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Hosting our servers and databases
Cloudflare Delivering our websites securely and quickly
Twilio SendGrid Sending account and service emails
Razorpay Processing payments

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a valid order of a court or government authority, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Where your data is stored

Our servers are hosted by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the United States (Ashburn) and India (Mumbai). Some of our service providers may process data in other countries. Wherever your data is processed, we protect it as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records for longer by law (for example, invoices and payment records for tax purposes), in which case we keep only those records, for only as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To delete your data, follow the steps at https://authzump.ai/dataDeletion, or email support@modlix.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

To disconnect Google or Facebook sign-in, you can also remove our app from your account settings with that provider. This stops future sharing; to delete the data we already hold, also send us a deletion request as above.

9. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls that limit who can see your data, and monitoring of our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Services, such as staying signed in, will not work without them.

11. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you by email or in the Services.
